本案為建商的銷售中心,為打造與眾不同的接待環境,業主期望能以「咖啡廳」作為設計概念,結合國際精品的高品味質感,反轉過往民眾對於銷售中心的刻板印象,希望透過設計提升消費者駐足的興趣。
 
全區以開放式形態規劃,為使空間有所劃分與界定,招待區利用展示層架作穿透隔間,提升賓客的隱私性,亦可保有場域通透的視覺尺度。而中央的模型台則完美展出業主的夢想藍圖,透過石材與木質語彙的堆砌、交織,巧手構築了專業度。此外,空間傢俬方面,則挑選知名品牌的代表色─橘色,跳脫制式規範,搭佐質感藍漆面、線板以及植栽的襯托,成功打造具溫度的精品級招待中心。

The central model platform is the perfect blueprint for the owner's dream, through the pile of stone and wood language, intertwined, skilled hands to build a professional degree. In addition, in terms of space furniture, we have successfully selected the representative colors of well-known brands - the orange, the standard of jumping out of style, the blue finish of the texture, the planks and the planted plants to create a boutique-level hospitality center with temperature.
